Your Session, Step by Step
- Arrive and Check In — Head to reception on arrival and let the team know you’re here for your private hire.
- Get Changed — Use the on-site changing rooms before heading to the sauna area.
- Safety Briefing — A staff member runs you through the sauna rules and cold water dip safety before you start.
- Heat Up — Settle into the floating sauna cabin and let the hot stones do their work.
- Cold Dip — Step outside for a plunge in the lake or a cold shower between rounds.
- Repeat and Relax — The full 60 minutes is yours — go at your own pace, as many rounds as you like.
