- Access Your Room — We show you to your dedicated meeting room with lake views and your chosen seating setup.
- Get Set Up — Arrange your AV, distribute materials, and brief your team. Seating and layout can be confirmed at time of booking.
- Catering Arrives — Your pre-ordered catering is delivered at your preferred time — light lunch, hot lunch, or bottomless tea and coffee.
- Take a Break by the Lake — Step outside between sessions to enjoy the café, outdoor spaces, and lakeside grounds.
- Optional Team Activity — Add paddleboarding, open water swimming, or a sauna session before or after your meeting.
- Wrap Up and Depart — Finish your session and head off, or stay on for more activities at the waterpark.
