Staying more than 4 hours?
Parking is still free — but you’ll need to register your vehicle at reception. Just pop inside the main building and enter your reg plate on the tablet. It only takes a moment!
???? Terms & Conditions
Our car park is monitored by ANPR cameras (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) from the point of entry to the point of exit — so your stay is calculated automatically. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please follow these simple rules:
- Park fully within the white lines of a single marked bay — vehicles must not straddle bays
- If you plan to stay beyond 4 hours, register your full correct registration plate on the tablet inside the main building before your session ends
- Blue Badge holders are welcome — however the same terms and conditions apply to all vehicles
- These rules apply at all times
⚠️ Failure to comply with the parking terms and conditions may result in a Parking Charge Notice of £100. Please see the additional signs in the car park for full details.
???? Received a Parking Notice?
Our car park is managed by Smart Parking Ltd — an independent company that operates separately from West Country Water Park. If you receive a parking charge notice, please contact Smart Parking directly; our on-site team are unfortunately unable to help with or appeal parking notices on your behalf.
If you have any questions about registering your vehicle or need help with the tablet at reception, our friendly staff are always happy to help with that in person.
